An introduction to some of my favourite bloggers – Mummascribbles

Hopefully you all enjoy reading my blog but there are lots of amazing bloggers out there and I thought I’d take this opportunity to give you a list of some of my favourite bloggers. As Dermot O’Leary would say, in no particular order…

Jennie over at Edspire
Jennie’s blog is one of the most emotional blogs you could read. She blogs about her gorgeous preemie twins, her angel baby Tilda who sadly passed away at 9 months old and her gorgeous rainbow baby Bea. Her posts are full of emotion, whether she is having a good day or a particularly bad day and the way she expresses herself through grief and happiness is inspiring. She is such a brave lady and she is one of the first blogs I came across that inspired me to start my blogging journey.

Vicky over at Single Mother Ahoy
Vicki is a work at home, single mummy of one gorgeous girl and blogs about everything and anything. She is incredibly honest in her writing and isn’t shy in the fact that she previously had a nervous breakdown following an abusive relationship. I’m a massive fan of Vicki’s writing.

Yvette at Big Trouble in Little Nappies
Yvette is mummy to a luscious little lad and is also a part time writer. She blogs about all things parenting and her posts are always hilarious. She should definitely be given some form of comedy blog award (if she hasn’t already). You may also see that her blog is simply gorgeous!

Charlotte over at Write Like No One’s Watching
Charlotte is a working mummy to the gorgeous Bill and writes at her parenting and lifestyle blog. Her writing is honest, thought provoking and quite often dreamy (she lives in the most gorgeous village and has the most gorgeous interiors in her house!). She is the perfect storyteller to how her little boy has two separated parents who love him dearly and one step-dad who treats him like his own. She is a journalist for a living so her writing skills are exceptional and her about me page is one of my faves!

Tim over at Slouching Towards Thatcham
Tim is a working daddy to three delightful children and he blogs about his daily experiences of being a father, worker and of anything else that he fancies at any given time! His posts come with humour, love and lots of birthday stories and it’s great to see a dad’s point of view on the parenting malarchy!!

Al at The Dad Network
Al is daddy to the gorgeous Ted and he blogs about everything from parenting to blogging tips and he also created The Dad Network with his wife Jen, to help other dad’s be the best dad they can be with lots of amazing advice! Al & Jen also write for BabyCentreUK, BuzzBaby Magazine, Bounty, BT and have featured in a variety of magazines. His posts are humerous, factual and most of all awesome! Definitely worth a regular read.

Jess over at Mummy of Boy Girl Twins
Jess is mummy to the gorgeous Harry & Lottie, 2 year old twins. As a mummy to one two year old, I am in awe of her skill to blog and look after two toddlers! Her blog is full of parenting stories, fashion advice and lifestyle info!

Aby over at You Baby Me Mummy
Aby is mummy to a lovely little girl and alongside her parenting posts, she dishes out the best blogging advice ever! Her linky list is simply awesome and if it wasn’t for her, I’d forget to join in all the wonderful linky’s out there!

So there you have it. A little list of some of my favourite blogs. There are many, many more out there so don’t be offended if you haven’t been included – there’s always room for more posts for more bloggers in the future!
