Disney Frozen Itty Bitty collection – a review – Mummascribbles

If you have a Frozen fan, you most likely have a lot of the merchandise that comes alongside it. Zach went through a period of watching the movie continuously, but we never had any toys or dressing up stuff and so we haven’t had complete Frozen mania in this house. That said, when I was asked if we would like to review the new Itty Bitty collection from Hallmark, I immediately said yes because I thought the boys would love them.

Made from quality plush fabric, Itty Bitty’s are basically miniature sized versions of our favourite characters. The full set in the frozen range consists of Elsa, Ana, Sven and Olaf.

Whilst Zach enjoyed opening them and having a little play with them initially, it has actually been Oscar who has played with them the most – he absolutely loves them. It’s probably because they are the perfect size for his little hands but if they are within his reach, he loves to grab them and cuddle them which is just super cute.

We were sent the little figures in amongst an awesome pack of frozen goodies and baking equipment to enable us to make some Olaf cakes which Zach had so much fun joining in with!

Now, normally I am a mean cake maker but for some reason my making of these went disastrously wrong and well, they turned out like this…

However, Zach loved them, and the giant marshmallows that were used to make the Olaf’s were delicious!

The Itty Bitty’s have been much more of a success than my baking was and have been a welcome addition to our soft toy collection.

I made a little video of us unboxing them (and the baking stuff!) but can only apologise for the chaos behind it. Unboxing and two children is not a calm process!
