Mummascribbles – Rocking some new getup from Rockin' Baby – Mummascribbles
There is nothing I quite like more than getting new clothes for Zach. I can so easily sit on a website and order a load of new bits for him whereas when it comes to myself, I sit and ponder whether I really need that new top! There is also nothing I like more than discovering companies that I didn’t previously know about, so when I recently received some new clothing to review from Rockin’ Baby, I was very excited.
Rockin’ Baby was founded in 2002 to provide stylish baby slings to fashionable mums, primarily on America’s West Coast. Since then they have expanded to sell a range of seriously gorgeous childrenswear ranging from 0-10 years. Their policy is ‘You Buy, We Give’. Working alongside ChildFund, for every item purchased, they donate a sling, carrier, or item of clothing to a needy child somewhere in the world. Here is how it works:

We were sent a seriously funky pair of trousers and a gorgeous summer shirt for Zach. He is at a funny stage at the moment where he is growing out of one size and and is moving into the next meaning that most stuff is coming up big on him! I opted for a size 4-5 because that way there is no risk that he won’t immediately grow out of the clothes!

The quality of the clothing is absolutely gorgeous. The trousers are so soft and the shirt is lovely and airy. The fabrics used are not at all constrictive, which allowed Zach to still move as freely as he always needs to (he is a very active boy!). He spent the day wearing the trousers (on his request because come on, they are bright green!), and was still able to run down the road and climb all over the furniture.

I am so impressed with the quality and style of these pieces and having now visited the website – there is so much more I want! And knowing that if I do buy something, a donation will be made to someone somewhere who so desperately needs it, makes spending that money even more worthwhile.

Disclosure
We were sent these items of clothing for the purpose of this review but as always, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
