Mummascribbles – There's nothing like good customer service! – Mummascribbles

I hate those moments when you realise you’ve made a massive cock-up!

Walking down the road earlier to get some lunch, I took my phone out, checked my emails and was happy to see that my Amazon order had been dispatched – that was until I noticed it was going to the completely wrong address; to the flat we moved out of in April.

Cue that panicky feeling that you’re going to have to go hunting for your parcel at your old address which is a good 40 minutes away!

After spending 5 minutes trying to find the ‘contact us’ details on their website, I managed to have a live chat with a very helpful lady who has re-directed my parcel. Who knew that once it was in transit it could be re-directed? I sure didn’t!

Obviously we will wait and see that it actually gets here for their customer service to get the 100% thumbs up from me but hopefully it will!

I’ll be sure to triple check the delivery address next time!

P.S. It’s a shame Npower can’t be as good as this. They were supposed to come to our house between 8-1 today and they haven’t bothered to turn up yet!
