15 – Mummascribbles

Welcome to another week of Twinkly Tuesday. I am on holiday this week so I’m having the week off. Usually I’d simply point you in the direction of my co-hosts but I just cannot go any further without talking about our amazing blogging friend Julia who writes over at Rainbeaubelle. If like me you’ve been reading her blog regularly, you’ll know that her husband Roger has been fighting a battle with terminal cancer. I am so sad to say that Roger passed away on Friday night. He fought so hard and in the time that he had left, they created some amazing memories with their two children Sam and Flo.

The three of us here at Twinkly Tuesday are devastated by the news, as we know are the whole blogging community who have been supporting Julia over this dreadful time. You can read Julia’s sad announcement here.

Our thoughts are with them all at this very sad time.

It feels hard to even write anything after that and we did contemplate not running Twinkly Tuesday this week but we know that Julia and Roger would want us to carry on. For that very reason, I am now directing you over to my co-hosts for this week’s linky. You can find it with Caro and Sadia this week and I’ll be back in full swing again next week.
